We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join a thriving company based in York. This is a varied role where you’ll not only support the MD but also play a key part in marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to all staff within the business including the MD
* Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
* Support sales activities, including client communication and CRM management
* Organise meetings, manage schedules, and handle correspondence
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a PA or in a similar support / project role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proactive, with a keen eye for detail
* Experience or interest in marketing and sales is a plus
* Must be located in or close to York
