As the Employee Ownership Hub Manager you will play a pivotal role in promoting employee ownership models, supporting businesses through the transition, and fostering an ecosystem conducive to sustainable growth. Working collaboratively with local businesses, economic development partners, intermediaries and other stakeholders you will lead efforts to educate, inspire, and assist organisations in adopting employee ownership structures such as employee ownership trusts, share ownership plans and worker cooperatives.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with:-
* Experience in economic development, business consulting or a related field.
* An understanding of employee ownership structures and the associated legal and financial frameworks.
* Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
* The ability to act independently in identifying opportunities.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A track record of building successful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
