Salary: £120 to £200 per day

Responsibilities of a SEN English Teacher:
* Plan and deliver creative and engaging English lessons for students with diverse learning needs.
* Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes participation, collaboration, and respect.
* Regularly assess student progress in English and use data to guide your teaching decisions.
* Differentiate instruction to cater to the individual needs of each student, providing additional support or challenge as required.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success and well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements of a SEN English Teacher:
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), NQT, or equivalent certification.
* Degree in English or another relevant field (preferred).
* Proven experience teaching in a secondary school setting, preferably across multiple year groups (ECTs encouraged to apply!).
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Passion for working with children and commitment to promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
