Your new role
As our new Communications and Marketing Consultant, you will help produce both marketing and internal/employee storytelling in support of Environment & Health’s strategic goals. You will bring excellent content creation and digital marketing skills along with a passion for the people dimension of communications and marketing.
Your key responsibilities will be:
1. Develop and deliver compelling content for both internal and external platforms, including the firm’s global website, intranet news stories and social media posts.
2. Assist in coordination of communications programs across geographies.
3. Assist in developing and delivering internal and external communications for key service areas in both written and video formats.
4. Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns around key strategic areas.
5. Help build Ramboll’s standard marketing content library and work closely with other team members to develop new marketing materials.
6. Work with graphic design team to ensure delivery of strong visual content.
Your new team
You will be part of Environment & Health (E&H) global Communications and Marketing. As our Communications and Marketing Consultant, you will contribute to a global business driving sustainability through environmental and health sciences consulting. We pride ourselves on communicating Ramboll’s value both internally and externally. As part of the E&H global team, you will work closely with other members of the team to develop and deliver compelling content both to our internal and external audiences, all in support of our company strategy, The Partner for Sustainable Change.
About you
From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. For this role, we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success:
1. BA in English, Journalism or Communications and 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in similar positions, preferably in professional services, or master’s degree in communications and 1+ years of experience.
2. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all organisational levels.
3. Excellent research and persuasive writing capabilities.
4. An understanding of content development, strategic messaging and brand development.
5. Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
6. Strong digital marketing and social media skills, particularly on LinkedIn.
7. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
