Service Desk Analyst - German Speaking
Location: Livingston (2 days on-site)
Rate: 130 per day Inside IR35
I'm looking for a German-speaking Service Desk Analyst to join one of our top clients in a fast-paced IT support role. If you have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across Windows, Mac & Android devices
* Logging, prioritising & resolving IT issues efficiently
* Managing user administration & IT infrastructure requests
* Ensuring incidents & requests are handled in line with SLAs
* Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent customer service
What You'll Need:
* Fluent German & English (spoken & written)
* A strong interest in IT & problem-solving
* Excellent communication & time management skills
* Ability to multitask & remain composed under pressure
* Service Desk experience is a plus, but not essential
