A day in the life of…
As Cook/Kitchen Assistant you will be working with our established kitchen team to prepare delicious meals for our guests, in line with brand and company guidelines. Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests, are passionate about all things food and take great pride in each dish they prepare.
Based in the Mercure York Fairfield Manor you will be part of a team of friendly people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Being part of Team at our hotel you will be working with team of chefs who are striving for showcasing quality culinary skills.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. At Aimbridge, we believe personality is the key to success in our hotels. Therefore, whilst we will require you to have Food Safety Level 2 certification provided onsite, we will provide full training on how each dish is prepared and served in our kitchens. cation is required as you will be working with highly experinced chefs who can provide you with skills to support you in achieving great success throhe start of your chefing carrer.
