Hours: 37.5 hours per week Duration: Permanent Interview date: Between the 29th January - 6th February What it's like to work here You'll join a team of over 80 staff, 12 volunteers,10 team leaders and currently 2 Assistant Managers and we're looking for another Assistant Manager to join the team in this very busy operation. Reporting directly to the Senior Food and Beverage Manager your role will be to oversee multi outlet operations on a daily basis, train and develop the team and ensure exceptional customer service for all our visitors. As well as the day-to-day operations, we have multiple site development projects underway and supporting with these will be part of the role. What you'll be doing As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, youll be working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager. Youll be helping to look after the entire operation, keeping consistently high standards in the team, in the outlets, and in the food and drink we prepare and serve. Youll always have an eye on ways to improve service and standards for our visitors. Youll support the team to help build a great place to work. This could include helping with recruiting and training new people or developing the team. Youll make sure that the team follow all relevant legislation and National Trust policies. Youll be setting and achieving financial targets to increase income and profits. This could be by driving sales through controlling resources and achieving the best possible customer service.
