A respected professional services firm has an opening for a Team PA/Office Manager to join their friendly and fast-paced business based in Birmingham City Centre! This is offering up to 30k a year and is office-based on a 15-month FTC. This role can be full-time or worked 4 days a week.
The key responsibilities for this role would include:
1. Answering and directing phone calls
2. Scheduling and coordinating meetings
3. Managing diaries and appointments alongside inbox monitoring
4. Organising conferences, events, and meetings in the office
5. General office management such as finance reporting, issuing agendas, and compiling reports
6. Maintaining spreadsheets
7. Document review
8. Maintaining computer systems
9. Issuing invoices and purchase orders
It is essential to have previous PA experience and/or office management experience with a willingness to get stuck in and be a team player.
