As a Logistics Administrator you will need to provide general and administrative support to the logistics team dealing with carrier shipments. Job Purpose To provide general and administrative support to teams, projects and work groups within the logistics team. Monitoring carrier shipments across the business and liaising with customers over the phone to resolve their issues. As well as ensuring all call logs, systems and databases are kept up to date. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of Service Now (can be trained) Strong administrative skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) Customer focused and service driven Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills What do you need to know about the role?
