What you’ll be responsible for
We appreciate that working in the kitchen can be a tough one. That said, our team still have an amazing time and are at the top of their game because the food they prepare, cook and serve creates amazing memories for our guests leaving them wanting more.

Even though we're not looking for Al-a-Carte chefs, we are looking to develop a team of colleagues who have a shared passion for all things food with perhaps some basic kitchen experience - however full training is available for the right candidates.
Duties:
* Prepare, cook and serve meals, manage and organise team members to deliver high quality customer service.
* Menu creation and design to achieve and maximise gross margin.
* Supervise and identify training needs of colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
* Ensuring the safety of all persons on site.
* To order all kitchen and goods for resale supplies from designated suppliers.
* Maintain upkeep of all kitchen HACCP records at all times and to required standard.
* Strive to develop and improve the customer experience offering.
* Maintain the food hygiene standards, upkeep and tidiness of the kitchen, in accordance with Welsh Water's food safety procedures.
* Engage with customers as an ambassador of Welsh Water.

About you
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Commercial catering and kitchen supervisory experience
* Practical health & safety and food safety experience
* Catering / Retail customer service knowledge
* Ability to work on own initiative, and manage a team
