To provide a high standard of physiotherapy service to the Surgical Wards and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit.
In collaboration with the Practice Development lead, manage the education of junior staff on the Surgery Team and be able to identify learning needs.
Produce, implement and update educational resources used within the Physiotherapy department.
To further develop skills in caseload prioritisation, service development audits and staff management.
We are looking for a highly motivated Physiotherapist who has a passion for teaching, interest in staff development and education. CUH has close links with local higher education institutes such and is based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus which is the largest centre of medical research and health science in Europe.
In collaboration with other members of the Physiotherapy Team, you will provide a key role in supporting the education of junior members of staff within the surgery team. You will have opportunity to design and deliver educational material to support Physiotherapy staff at CUH whilst remaining in a clinical role., Our Trust
