About the Role: As a Pupil's Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities of Pupil's Teacher: Develop and implement engaging lessons for students. Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to students’ needs. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education and well-being. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported. Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students. Keep detailed records of each student’s progress and communicate this information to parents, support staff, and other relevant parties. Requirements of Pupil's Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), trainee, or early career teacher. Trainee or early careers teachers are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community. Deep commitment to helping students develop their academic skills, exhibiting patience and empathy. Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
