CMA is delighted to be partnering with our well-established Christchurch, Dorset client who is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their fast-paced finance function.
Our Christchurch, Dorset client has recently seen a period of growth and is requiring additional resource on a permanent basis. Our client is £15M T/O who operates within the property and leisure sector. As the Accounts Assistant, you will be working closely with the Management Accountant and reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for high volume bank reconciliation, cash book, and posting receipts.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
* High volume bank reconciliation for over 35 live accounts throughout the month and month end;
* Posting bank receipts;
* Processing payments;
* Reporting on financial information.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
* Confident with Excel to an intermediate level;
* Understanding of double bookkeeping entry.
