This position ensures the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to our clients, while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.We would also consider an experienced Senior Service Engineer looking for a step up into a leadership role.Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Technical Service Manager and service coordinators to oversee all aspects of service operations. * Conduct regular site visits for large remedial projects, providing feedback and updates. * Act as a first point of escalation for urgent client resolutions. * Assist the estimating team with technical support as required. * Provide one-on-one mentoring, feedback, and development plans for engineers. * Ensure compliance with company quality assurance and health & safety procedures. * Offer support to the Technical Service Manager as needed.Essential Criteria – The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and equipment. * Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers. * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with clients and colleagues effectively. * Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet. * Outstanding organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * A degree, relevant qualification, or extensive experience in an industry-specific subject. * Hands-on field experience in HVAC or a related technical environment.General Expectations: * Uphold our client's values, vision, and professional standards. * Contribute to the growth and development of the business. * Commit to ongoing personal development, including attending training sessions. * Work in compliance with all relevant industry legislation and company policies. * Carry out any additional responsibilities as required, relevant to the role.For immediate consideration, please apply now
