We are currently recruiting for a client based in the Burnley area who are looking for a Service Administrator. This vacancy is an excellent opportunity and is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate must have worked in a similar position previously and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Create and send quotations for customers. Maintain and update SharePoint information. Process purchase orders and update customer information. Coordinate billable and warranty visits with managers and customers. Provide travel company with various identification requirements, Support the service team, if needed, on travel bookings and VISA applications. Creating a list from service planner on a weekly basis. Inputting timesheets each week to ensure all hours are calculated. Looking at expenses, labour entered and to confirm if there are any discrepancies. Confirming all paperwork for customers and various departments. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Strong administrative skills. Ability to multi-task and set priorities. Good communication skills. Competent using Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience working with ERP systems. Hours of work: Monday -Thursday 8:00am – 17:30pm and Friday 8:00am – 12:00 noon ( 40 hours per week ) If you feel you have the right experience for this position then please apply immediately
