Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring, self-motivated individual to join Bolton NHS Foundation Trust's Digital Team as Senior Project Manager on a fixed term basis.
The team consists of staff from various disciplines and backgrounds, and we expect you to hit the ground running, working collaboratively with them and clinical colleagues to lead the delivery of key projects within the Digital Programme.
Main Duties of the Job
The demands and scale of the projects will vary, but we will look to you to utilize the following skills: experience of delivering large-scale change; ability to manage competing demands; adaptability to changing priorities; responsiveness to short deadlines; effective communication with all stakeholders; flexibility to take on all tasks within a project; and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships.
You will work across health and care settings to deliver digital transformation to patients, clinicians, and support functions. Responsibilities include managing a project, presenting to project boards, facilitating process mapping workshops, drawing process maps, preparing business cases, defining project scope, developing project plans, completing project documentation, and producing highlight reports.

Experience
Essential:
* Experience in a project management role within a customer-focused organization.
* Experience in successfully managing projects within a programme management system, including evidence of change management within timeframes and budget.
* Experience in policy and strategy development and understanding their impact across the organization.
Desirable:
* Experience within an NHS environment.
* Experience in an Informatics environment.
* Experience in implementing changes to working methods and evaluating effectiveness.
* Experience in resource management, including staff and information resources.
Qualifications
Essential:
* PRINCE2 Foundation
* Educated to degree level in Health Informatics, IT, or a related subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
Desirable:
* PRINCE2 Practitioner
* Change Management Foundation
* Business Analysis Foundation
* MSP Foundation
