GLOBAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (GES)
Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest and Uzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and process standardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and also supports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts.
GES-HCI SERVICES
GES-HCI BGP is a team of engineers supporting Global BGP Service Contracts. Honeywell has designed its Benefits Guardianship Program (BGP) program to allow its customers to gain maximum benefits from their investment in Honeywell products (HCI Products). Customers receive the support of software and domain experts as well as the latest software updates and new software releases, keeping applications up to date and available.
BGP provides a combination of telephone, email and web-based support and maintenance deliverables. In addition, BGP customers are entitled to free-of-charge updates or new releases of the software and documentation as they become available. BGP program aligns with Honeywell Global Service Management (GSM) practices.
GES- HCI BGP has following sub-groups:
1. BGP Enablement Group
2. BGP Contract Management Group
3. BGP Technical Services Group
4. BGP Project Management & PCO
THE OPPORTUNITY - HCI BGP CONTRACT RENEWAL SPECIALIST - (PROJECT MNGT SPECIAST-II)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Focal point for any issues/questions for the Renewal CoE team and for Operations Excellence leader.
2. Escalation point if LSS has questions that the Renewal CoE specialist cannot address.
3. Ensure the team running smoothly, quality is as expected, renewals progressing in expected manner.
4. Spot checks proposals, bookings, etc, holds team accountable, manages a score card if required.
5. Plan & manage workload of the team.
6. Shows pro-active attitude in securing required inputs from all involved stakeholders to deliver renewal proposals on-time. Escalates to the Services Contract Support leader in case renewal process is stalled and is waiting on input from stakeholders.
7. Establish and maintain long-term trust relationship for assigned accounts with all internal stakeholders of the contract renewal process, particularly (but not limited to) the LSS Service Operation Leader and the HCP Service Operation Leader, to effectively execute the renewal cycle.
8. Prepares the initial scope of the active service contract planned review with the Service Operation Leaders. This includes update with initial scope of contract renewal proposal and related pricing.
9. Translates updates on scope feedback from Service Operation Leaders into final contract renewal proposal and related pricing.
10. Executes estimation for contract renewal, including 3rd party content of service contract if any.
11. Reviews generated pricing with Service Operation Leader.
12. Drives formal internal financial approval process of pricing. In case eGAP is required, initiates and plans eGAP cycle. In case eGAP is not required secures written approval of pricing is covered within the organization.
13. Drives required updates of the proposal document templates.
14. After receipt of PO, prepare the contract renewal handover/booking package and assigns a formal booking request of the service contract to the GCC team.
15. Drives required updates of the contract renewal handover/booking package in case updates are required.
16. Detects and indicates possible improvement areas within the defined renewal process.
YOU MUST HAVE
* B.E / B.Tech. (Chemical/Petrochemical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/CS), BSc/MSc (any stream) /BCA/MCA/ with 7-10 years of overall professional experience
* Experience in proposals/sales support will be preferred.
* Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and salesforce.
* Able to forge strong internal business relationships and deliver on commitments.
* Demonstrates a strong commercial awareness.
* Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Experience in managing/coordinating multiple orders within short time span. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision.
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
* Demonstrates a high level of planning & organization skills daily.
* Highly Customer Focused approach, demonstrating success through a 'Voice of the Customer' approach daily.
* Highly self-aware, recognizing the impact of approach and behaviors on peers, direct reports, customers, and other internal and external contacts.
* Ability to work within a team of Service Contract renewal Specialists, be willing to help the team.
* Work in shift if assignment towards a particular pole requires work in shift.
* Work from Honeywell office as per policy, thus stimulating knowledge sharing between all members Service Contract Renewal Specialists team.
WE VALUE

* Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
* Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
