As Associate Director, through the leadership of your team, you will successfully drive, develop and deliver sector leading HR strategic policies and projects that focus on Reward, Wellbeing and People Analytics. Reporting to and working with the Deputy Chief People Officer and wider HR leadership team, you will enable the University to achieve its vision and strategy.

You will ensure that your strategic approach promotes our foundations of appropriate reward and our culture which focuses on wellbeing and behaviours to ensure that the University is able to deliver on its commitment of affordability by delivering value for money for our students. You will be key to ensuring that all aspects of pay, reward, benefits, and wellbeing create an environment of diversity and inclusiveness, enabling accessibility and equality of approach for all colleagues, throughout their time at the University of Salford. You will support our leaders in making decisions which are informed and underpinned by accurate and relevant sector leading people analytics, encouraging them to engage proactively with data.
You will ensure that your portfolio drives best practise and supports the strategic change projects that are key to the Universitys success and sustainability, ultimately enhancing the student experience and the working environment for our colleagues.
