Faculty
You will join a truly innovative School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, with a suite of postgraduate programmes including independent prescribing, a fully integrated MPharm based on Team-Based Learning (TBL) and excellence in research.
What you will be doing:
* The postholder will primarily focus on the Independent Prescribing for Pharmacists programme and will be a member of the team delivering our Postgraduate taught clinical programmes.
* The postholder will also undertake research in a relevant area and support pharmacists to develop their research potential.
Qualifications/ experience:
* MPharm degree or equivalent
* Independent prescriber
* Registration with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Advance HE Fellow (D2) or equivalent experience and commitment to obtaining this following appointment
* Evidence of relevant research expertise
* Experience of contributing to effective teaching on a programme or clinical practice including evaluation of personal teaching.
* Experience of clinical practice characterised by a high degree of autonomy and complex decision making and of working within a range of multidisciplinary teams.
