Due to business growth, we are recruiting to our busy operations support team. We provide Arboricultural advice to insurers, loss adjusters and a diverse range of individuals and clients across a range of sectors.

Main duties will include, but not limited to:
1. Logistical planning and arranging appointments directly with residents
2. Fielding phone calls from clients and colleagues and resolving issues
3. Data entry and data cleansing of technical information on bespoke job management system
4. Liaising with Local Authorities regarding statutory protection status of trees
5. Data base analysis and interrogation and preparation of presentations for stakeholders
Key Skills:
1. Ability to work effectively within a diverse supportive team under own initiative
2. Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner goes without saying
3. You will be adept at using MS Office with an ability to pick up new software quickly
4. Comfortable with pressure and deadlines and can work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: From £24,000 (FTE) per year subject to experience.
33 paid holidays including bank holidays.
