I am looking for a Contracts Manager in Nottingham, looking to make their next big career move, the role will oversee Program Maintenance contracts.
The successful contracts Manager must:
1. Have a UK Full Driving License
2. Hold a valid SMSTS certificate
3. Willing to travel
4. Must have Contracts Manager/Project Manager experience
Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
5. Manage the program works for local authorities and housing providers.
6. To be responsible for project managing the scoping, planning, procurement and delivery of housing maintenance projects ensuring that all objectives, targets, contractual responsibilities and obligations are met
7. To lead on the delivery of selected programmes of works. The role will involve management of building contractors on-site, specifically monitoring project finances and budgets, health & safety and quality of works.
8. Ensuring KPI's are met and high levels of customer service are maintained
9. Undertaking stakeholder/customer consultation throughout the lifecycle of the projects to ensure measures are appropriate and meet their intended purpose
