An exciting opportunityhas arisen for an experienced Human Resources professional to jointhe leading international horse charity World HorseWelfare.
This is a newly created role to supportthe Head of Human Resources with the day to day running of thedepartment, providing guidance to managers and employees onpolicies and procedures and overseeing administrativetasks.
We are looking for someone who has activeexperience undertaking formal investigations and report writing,subject access requests and payroll. Volunteer co-ordination wouldbe advantageous. You must be proactive, confident and capable ofworking with people at all levels in a variety of spheres. You musthave a flexible approach to your work and be willing to workoutside of normal office hours where necessary. Highly organisedwith excellent attention to detail is a must for thisrole.
As part of this role, you willactively engage in enhancing communication channels and buildingworking relationships. Working closely with the Head of HR andDepartmental Managers across the charity, you will play a vitalrole in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positiveculture within the charity. You will also be responsible foradministering payroll.
CIPD FoundationCertificate is highly desirable but not essential. The Right toWork in the UK is essential.
The role isbased in Norfolk and is a hybrid split of a minimum of 2 days inour head office in Snetterton and a maximum of 3 days at home. Youwill be required to visit our satellite locations based inSomerset, Lancashire and Aberdeenshire as well as attend eventsaround the UK.
