Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at UCLH in London Area, United Kingdom. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, analyzing data for quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
* Quality Assurance, Audit, and Data Analysis skills
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
* Experience in quality improvement initiatives
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* Previous experience in healthcare quality management is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field
