Role Profile
Taking up a new position within our central services, we are thrilled to be seeking our newest CRM Specialist to join our award-winning Marketing team!
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent customer email and app push campaigns using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio. Utilising HTML and CSS techniques for cross-client email development, as well as AmpScript for personalised content.
2. Build and maintain automated multi-channel journeys for multiple customer segments using SQL, Automation Studio Activities, and correct Journey Builder logic.
3. Manage a testing programme designed to optimise and improve campaigns and triggered journeys.
4. Ensure quality, accuracy, and correct functioning through monitoring and auditing live automations in Interaction Studio, as well as campaign testing tools.
5. Develop a scalable approach to journey building (for multiple brands and customer value segments) that maximises efficiencies (time/effort).
6. Ongoing review of campaign performance/results and finding insights in the data to make improvements to journeys.
7. The successful candidate will be naturally curious and enjoy data challenges. They will also be keen to stay up to date with the latest channel techniques, with a desire to constantly develop, evolve, and improve the CRM team’s output.
