Our client is an established organisation recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Technical Sales Support Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds. \n\n Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, offering technical support and knowledge to a wide customer base. \n\n About the role: \n\nProviding excellent customer service via phone and email, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
\nOffering troubleshooting and technical assistance over the phone to resolve queries on site. \nGenerating detailed quotes and technical drawings with a high level of accuracy\nManaging orders with overseas suppliers and coordinating with customers to ensure timely delivery. \nConverting quotes into orders by reaching out to customers and generating new leads by phone.
About you \n\nProven experience in a technical role. \nExcellent administration knowledge and experience\nConfident, friendly with excellent communication skills\nAbility to learn new products quickly and be technically minded.
