We Are Looking For Candidates With
* Relevant NMC registration.
* Previous experience in mental health environments (preferred, but not essential).
* Strong communication, organisational, and timekeeping skills.
* We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health challenges.
* A genuine passion for working with older individuals in the community who are facing dementia and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide tailored support and interventions for individuals with dementia and mental health conditions.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
* Monitor and review prescribed medications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
