We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Inclusion Hub Manager to join our dedicated and committed Pastoral Team. You need to be determined to drive up standards, have a positive approach to your work life, and be committed to making a difference.

Main responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Inclusion Hub, leading a specialist team to ensure all students within the centre have the best possible chance of success whilst working in line with the whole school expectations.
* Develop, deliver, and monitor the effectiveness of a range of programmes, activities, courses, and opportunities to provide all necessary support for all identified students.
* Liaise closely with teaching staff and support staff to provide personalised support for all identified students that leads to them engaging in learning and achieving in line with their potential.
* Attend and actively participate in regular inclusion meetings and carry out agreed action points.
* Contribute to the welfare and child protection team.
