As a Service Coordinator, you will be working within a fast-paced business providing excellent support by arranging inspections and repairs with engineers.
Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:
1. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
2. Manage incoming calls professionally, liaise with engineers, and handle diary management.
3. Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, coordinating orders, deliveries, and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
4. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance workflow and professionalism.
