Working for a well-established medical company in High Wycombe, you will report to the Supply Chain Supervisor.
You will be working as part of a team of 6 people, processing sales and sample orders whilst dealing with telephone/email queries from internal and external customers. You will ensure that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively within the department’s customer service level commitment, whilst working and adhering to ISO/GDP procedures.
Salary £23,500, 25 days holiday per annum rising to 27 after 5 years’ service, contributory pension scheme, private health care, life assurance, modern office facilities, subsidised canteen, free parking onsite.
Full time, working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm.
Duties:
1. Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Processing of sales and sample orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
3. Proactively promoting products and services at all times, whilst maintaining excellent service levels.
4. Handling all customer related enquiries promptly and efficiently.
5. Responding to complaints relating to service or product, including the administration of exchanges, returns and faulty stock.
6. Various administration tasks, including but not limited to invoicing, scanning and credit notes.
7. Work to targets as set by Supply Chain Supervisor.
8. To implement the Company’s Quality Policy as documented in the Quality and Procedures Manual.
9. To provide flexible cover as required across all Supply Chain administrative activities as directed by line management.
