Purpose of the job:
To help deliver Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by providing a first-class support service to Private Wealth Partners and their clients, allowing our Partners to focus on client relationships and developing new clients.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside a CEE to provide high-quality admin support for Partners and their clients.
2. Reporting directly to one of the Client Experience Team Leaders.
3. Organising and managing workload, including data entry, requesting and chasing client & policy information, enabling Partners to provide recommendations to new & existing clients and manage their existing Investments, Pension & Protection policies.
4. Following Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients perceive as a personalised and high-quality service.
5. Understanding the workflow and being able to deliver and report against various tasks, ensuring that all internal interested parties can easily review the current status of each client.
6. Collating all documentation and ensuring that new business is submitted for internal compliance approval and quality grading.
7. Providing general day-to-day support to the Client Experience Team Leader (Private Wealth Admin) and all relevant Partners/CEEs.
8. Preparing personalised client packs for Partners prior to client meetings.
9. Obtaining information from providers on clients' existing financial arrangements.
10. Inputting all client information into the back office system and ensuring all tasks are recorded and acted upon within agreed timescales.
11. Ensuring that the client file is compliant.
12. Being responsible for scanning and archiving client files.
13. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with your grade, skills, and experience.
