Your Role:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the region’s operational team. This includes:

1. Managing and leading the Regional Operations & Engineers
2. Overseeing work planning, scheduling, and supervising schedulers
3. Ensuring operational targets, efficiency, and profitability are met
4. Monitoring overtime, bonuses, and staff attendance
