Key Responsibilities: Manage all costs related to civil construction projects, ensuring the best possible value while maintaining quality. Prepare and review tenders, estimates, and contract documentation. Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement to ensure maximum financial returns. Provide financial and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee risk management, value engineering, and change control processes. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare reports on project performance, budgets, and forecasts. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development. Strong knowledge of relevant construction contracts, including NEC and JCT forms. Excellent financial management and cost control skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
