Job Description
The UK Partner Manager for ISO & Reseller is tasked with securing new Reseller Partnerships for this leading acquirer. These Reseller Partners will promote and sell the acquirer´s Payment Services through their sales teams. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential partners, building and nurturing a pipeline of prospective partnerships, and managing the entire sales process from initial qualification to commercial proposals and contract negotiations.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:- •Identify and Qualify Prospective Reseller Partner Opportunities:•Conduct thorough research and analysis to pinpoint potential Direct Partners that align with the company's goals and target market.•Build and Maintain a Pipeline of Potential Partners:•Continuously develop and expand a pipeline of potential partners through proactive engagement and relationship building.•Establish Productive, Professional Relationships with Key Decision Makers and Influencers: Cultivate strong relationships with key individuals in potential partner businesses, including MDs, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior developers.•Present and Negotiate Commercial Agreements:Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements in accordance with the company's commercial guidelines and objectives.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the card payments industry, within a target-driven environment.
2. Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels within partner organizations.
3. Proficiency in MS-Office products.
4. Excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
5. Demonstrated effective and responsible work ethic.
6. High flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
7. Strong goal-oriented mindset.
8. Confident demeanor with exceptional negotiation skills.
9. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
Benefits
Base salary of £65k + 30% bonus and good company benefits
