Role
The firm is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to business strategy. Experience with CRM systems, including implementing or developing in-house solutions, is essential.
You
With a focus on driving business growth, this role requires identifying and pursuing opportunities that align with company goals while building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and optimising CRM systems, whether in-house or through external providers, and staying informed on market trends and competitors to inform growth strategies.
Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential to enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts, as is the ability to present and pitch company services effectively to potential clients. Tracking, reporting, and analysing business activities to meet or exceed sales targets, along with negotiating and closing deals, are key components of the role. A minimum of three years' experience in business development, sales, or related areas is required, with a preference for experience in creating in-house CRM systems.
This role demands a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, strong analytic and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities. Candidates should be proactive, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
