Due to significant growth, we are seeking a CNC Miller for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will primarily engage in programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines equipped with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls. This role is well-suited for someone with extensive experience in Mazatrol and Fanuc systems, a robust machining background, and a thorough understanding of materials and machining techniques. The successful applicant will join an experienced team that takes pride in producing high-quality machined products.
Responsibilities:
Program, set, and machine parts to high standards.
Ensure efficient, reliable processes are established in advance for the manufacture of new parts for New Product Introduction.
Work with various metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and brass, on a range of metal components.
Operate multiple machines, such as the Mazak mill/turn twin spindle/twin turret lathe.
Meet all production targets consistently.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Proficiency in using Mazatrol controls with the ability to program, set, and operate is essential.
Recent experience with a Hyper Quadrex 150MSY machine is ideal.
Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate programming, setting, and manufacturing.
Experience with ISO controls is beneficial; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong problem-solving skills with practical application.

Must be able to work independently and take initiative.Work Schedule: The day shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break, Monday-Friday.
