Their services include assisting partners in navigating financial planning options, creating cash flow models, and understanding pension and tax rules. They also communicate available benefits, liaise with external advisers, manage PwC's Partner Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), and ensure audit independence compliance. The team aids families of deceased partners during probate and enhances service efficiency through technology. Reporting to the Director of Tax and Financial Planning, the Senior Manager (SM) plays a crucial role in governance and partner development initiatives, including events for former partners. What your days will look like: Conduct ing extensive one-on-one meetings with partners (and spouses, when requested ), providing guidance and actionable follow-up. Present in g on various Partner Development programs and workshops. Providing expert advice to PwC partners on relevant offerings, fees and audit independence positions. Collaborat ing with internal committees on financial planning initiatives, train junior team members, and manage budgeting and financial governance code. This role is for you if: You have e xtensive experience in UK financial planning, including pensions, tax-efficient wrappers, collective investments, and investment strategies. You p ossesses formal professional accreditation and robust training in relevant financial areas. You are k nowledgeable about UK personal tax issues, including income, capital gains, and inheritance tax. You are s killed in distinguishing between non-regulated guidance and specific regulated advice w hile identi fying and mitigating risks. You are an effective communicator with s trong interpersonal and group facilitation skills for handling sensitive matters with partners. You are a c ollaborative team player focused on client service excellence and adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics.
