This role will suit an enthusiastic individual who is able to multi-task, has willingness to learn & develop and is flexible/adaptable in their approach. The successful applicant must be organised, resilient and have excellent IT skills. As part of this role, you will; Carry out administrative duties within Student Services, dealing with student and parent enquiries. Make and receive telephone calls. Transferring calls/passing messages onto the appropriate people when necessary. Be responsible for updating the Free School Meals list, accurately updating student records. Deal with any requests for information regarding FSM, positively promoting the benefit of registering to eligible families. Administrative duties associated with the production of student booklets and online payment system. Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes, including the use of systems which enhance the application of information technology in the school’s administration work. The successful candidates will have; Qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A*-C or equivalent. Knowledge or experience of customer services roles or previous office experience. Thorough working knowledge of ICT software packages such as Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel spreadsheets. Attention to detail, good organisation skills and the ability to form/maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with students. At TKASA, we look after our colleagues.
