Our client is looking to hire a Operations Manager, which will provide operational leadership for a portfolio of children’s homes (Ofsted regulated) ensuring the implementation of the organisation’s strategy, taking responsibility for designated homes, balancing the maximisation of profitability with the ethos of excellent quality and ensuring full compliance in respect of all relevant legislation and regulation

Key Responsibilities

Safeguarding

Comply with Safeguarding Children’s procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture; ensuring all safeguarding risks are acted upon immediately and the relevant action taken to mitigate the risk.

General

* Ensure full compliance in respect of all relevant legislation and regulation
* Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures at all times
* Promote and ensure the good reputation of the organisation at all times
* Always act in a professional manner, operating with integrity, respecting individuals and maintaining confidentiality

Customer Care and Quality

1. Promote strong personalisation/individual care & support, striving to achieve the highest standards of personalised support
2. Register with Ofsted as Responsible Individual for designated children’s homes, ensuring full regulatory / legislative compliance
