The ED is the busiest in the East of England, seeing in excess of 140,000 new patients each year. We are in the process of developing new effective ways of working, and your role will be to support and work within the team to achieve high quality and compassionate care for our patients.

The successful applicant will benefit from a structured development plan and further educational opportunities.
You will work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multi-disciplinary framework.
Maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse. To act as a leader in the clinical area, in the absence of a more senior member of staff.
You will work in accordance with the principles laid down by the Nursing/Midwifery professional bodies and Trust Policies.
You will also support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
