Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning. Monitor pupils' progress, providing timely feedback and targeted support. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2. A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Experience of SATs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
