What you’ll do:
1. Lead and manage food services, including catering, hospitality, vending services, and retail operations.
2. Act as the primary Sodexo representative for client engagement, maintaining strong relationships with Leonardo Helicopters’ leadership.
3. Drive operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with Sodexo and client policies, health and safety standards, and food safety requirements.
4. Oversee financial management, including cost control, revenue growth, and adherence to contractual terms.
5. Inspire and motivate your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
What you bring:
1. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
2. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
