BAM Infrastructure are looking to recruit a friendly and polite Receptionist for our Peterhead office. You will ensure efficient day to day running of the office along with supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Your mission
As a Receptionist, you will initially be responsible for the following:
* To be the first point of contact for our project office in Kilsyth.
* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
* Maintain office security by arranging and allocating access passes to full time staff and monitoring visitors to the office.
* Update notice boards, comms screens with relevant information.
* Management of meeting room booking system.
* Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable.
* Support project teams and support staff with travel and accommodation bookings.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, minutes.
* Any other administrative duties as required.
Who are we looking for?
* General administration experience with good IT skills (proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisation with strong attention to detail ensuring records are maintained.
* Ability to prioritise effectively.
* Enthusiastic and out-going personality.
* Good interpersonal skills - must be a team player.
* Able to have a full-time presence in the Peterhead office.
* Previous Front of House Experience would be desirable.
