As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll learn skills to help you sell, serve, and support our customers with confidence, including supplier training, product demos, and testing the latest products.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.
