Are you a recent UK based Psychology or Education Studies graduate looking to gain first-hand school based SEN teaching support experience?
i-teachers are currently working with a brilliant alternative provision school in the Rugby area who are eager to add a hard-working, dependable and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to provide specifically tailored 1:1 & small group support to students with complex learning difficulties in a full-time role for the academic year.
In this role as a Graduate Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide tailored 1:1 & small group SEN support following a carefully structured Education Health Care Plan inside and out of the classroom.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Information:
1. SEN Teaching Assistant
2. Providing 1:1 & small group SEN support for KS3 & KS4 students
3. Focusing support sessions around academic weak points of students
4. Located in Rugby (CV21 area)
5. Monday to Friday role – September 2024 to July 2025
6. Paid £440 per week during term time
7. Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding

SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
9. Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology subject degree
10. Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring
11. Naturally outgoing and inspiring individual
12. Excellent organisation and communication skills
13. Ability to keep young people engaged and proactive
