Job Description
The HVAC Dispatcher will provide dispatching support for HVAC Installers/Technicians and Plumbers. Must have experience dispatching in the same or similar background.
Additional duties include answering a large number of telephone calls, scheduling preventative maintenance work, and managing return goods functions. Responsibilities may also include purchasing and buying install and repair equipment and parts. The role will involve working with substantial paperwork and some company and scheduling software systems in a very fast-paced and busy environment.
Requirements include accuracy, good clerical skills, strong organizational skills, and good multi-tasking abilities. Familiarity with and proficiency in typical office computer programs is essential, along with a current, valid PA driver's license and a diploma or GED. Due to the large volume of telephone work, you must be well-versed in telephone etiquette and possess the ability to work with and around an assortment of varied personality types.
