Accounts Assistant
1. Process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and authorization.
2. Post purchase orders, sales invoices, and credit notes into Sage 200.
3. Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a regular basis.
4. Ensure accuracy of data entries related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
5. Payroll Administration:
6. Process monthly payroll for staff, ensuring accuracy in salary, overtime, and deductions using payroll software.
7. Reconcile control accounts, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and payroll accounts.
8. Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and ensure timely submission.
9. Support in the analysis of manufacturing costs, including raw material, labor, and overheads.
