Job Role: Operations Associate
Location: Sheffield
12 month Contract

The Operations Associate supports the Operations function and leadership team in both planning for and executing against strategic and operational activities, including supporting event organisation, communications, and projects. They provide a professional and effective administrative and organisational support service cross functionally and ensure administrative procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the arrangement and execution of communication plans for Operations projects and programs of change.
2. Drive several projects and initiatives concurrently, initiating project plans with clear timescales and milestones, ensuring relevant stakeholders are updated on a regular basis.
3. Participate in a variety of internal projects including but not limited to; Insight’s Culture Committee, Workplace & Environment, and NPS Survey (net promoter score).
4. Maintain and regularly update Operations content, messaging, news, and updates on Insight’s internal communications platform (intranet).
5. Populate approved content into the interactive Sales Playbook as and when required by leadership team.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives as requested, proactively identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Prior experience gained within a busy and fast-paced administrative support role.
2. High level of written and spoken English.
3. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) including intermediate and/or advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
4. Ability to develop friendly, positive, and supportive working relationships with external and internal clients.
5. Ability to assume responsibility for assignments and to perform them in accordance with minimal supervision.
6. Prior experience of using administration and ordering systems and databases; experience of ERP is advantageous.
