Job summary
We are a well-established practice working across 2 siteswith a list size of over 19,000 patients and we are looking to recruit anenthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to complement our friendly and dynamicteam. If you are hardworking and passionate about providing a high standard ofcare to our patients, we would like to hear from you. We are committed totraining and supporting all our staff to develop their skill set.
The salary is dependent on experience (equivalent to AfC pay band 5-6). NHS Pension Scheme available.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate would work to ensure a high level of care is delivered to all patients, particularly in areas such as long-term conditions. The practice is very supportive of any development opportunities, but is looking for a clinician that can really hit the ground running! This permanent post can offer a wonderful working atmosphere in a friendly and supportive team! The position is part-time (20 hours/week).

Job responsibilities
Tobe responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services, working as partof the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope ofpractice to the entitled patient population. The practice nurse will beresponsible for a number of clinical areas such as health promotion, chronic diseasemanagement, health prevention, well-being clinics, in addition to supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy andprocedure.

3. Hold a current driving licence with business insurance
