6. Proven experience in software design and implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and any relevant hardware.
7. Interest in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
8. Passionate about delivering solutions, owning the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), living the DevSecOps principles, and being curious about emerging technologies.
9. Self-driven and constantly striving to improve your team, division, and peers.
10. A strong advocate for agile/lean delivery methodologies.
Benefits
As well as lots of on-the-job training and endless opportunities, you'll get:

We trust them to decide how, where and when they work, combining remote and collaborative working with a flexible approach to hours, giving them plenty of time and space for life outside of work whilst delivering against our business goals.
