Responsibilities:
* Consistently analyse performance and understand why a campaign is not delivering on its goals, presenting solutions to the Senior Campaign Manager.
* Understand, analyse, and correctly balance KPIs.
* Communicate minutes of meetings/training sessions in an articulate and professional manner.
* Communicate with customers both face-to-face and on the phone.
* Construct and articulate reports to the Senior Campaign Manager/Commercial Owner.
